Campers!
- Please bring a water bottle, snacks and wear sunscreen every day!
- If you are registered for AM & PM camp in one week, please bring a lunch!
- Lunch coverage is ala carte. Please register for each week your student will be staying for lunch.
o Supervised lunch and games outside (weather permitting).
o $25/week – 5 days
o Our teachers and camp assistants will guide students to their next camp.
- For outdoors camps, please make sure to bring a backpack with essentials for the Colorado weather!
- All camps may go outside weather permitting.
- Allergies! Does your child have allergies? Please list allergens and any medications that your child will be bringing to camp.
- Please make sure you can attend all the dates listed. We do not offer make-up time/dates.
- Cancellation policy –
o Before April 15 – Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee per camp
o April 16th- May 1st – Full refund in educational credit only.
o After May 1st, no refunds.
- Please take note of the classroom, entry door, and reference building map for camp location.
- All supplies are provided unless otherwise noted.
- Please ensure that you are registering your child for age and skill-level appropriate camps.
- Liability release – I understand that during this camp, my child will but using art tools, equipment and supplies that may be dangerous when used inappropriately. I hereby release Center for the Arts Evergreen, all staff, teachers, & assistants, as well as board members from all liabilities for injuries sustained while my child attends CAE summer camp.
- Photo consent – By registering and attending summer art camps at Center for the Arts Evergreen, I hereby release to CAE the right to use my picture, photos of art, video and media in all forms for any and all purposes including advertising.
